She took the Vande Bharat Express from the Mumbai Central railway station to reach her workplace. The actress has now shared a sneak peek of her train journey on Instagram.
In the video, Esha is seen wearing a black tracksuit, paired with a tie-dye shirt, and a black hoodie.She wore her sunglasses, and also a shoulder bag, as she boarded the train from the central station. The actress is seen quite excited for the journey. Vande Bharat Express, known for its speed and comfort, has become a popular choice for commuters covering inter-city routes.
Esha dropped the video on Instagram, and also gave a glimpse of the interior of the train, as she got settled into her seat. “Taking a train ride after a really long time. We are going to go by Vande Bharat,” She said in the video. Though she boarded from Mumbai Central railway station, she didn’t reveal her destination, however, the hashtags on the post suggest that she was on a ‘work mode’.

While talking about how he landed the role of Munna Bhaiya in the ‘Mirzapur’ series, Divyendu narrated, “It started with a lot of prayers from my God. When I did ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, I then did a film called ‘Chashme Baddoor’. After that, I was mostly doing ‘Happy’, ‘Go Lucky Guy’, ‘Boy Next Door’, and everything else. I had given a few years to theatre and the film institute. I had faith that I could do something else. I always wanted to experience that, and that was not happening. So I was very sad in between. There was a lot of work coming, but it was all the same work. I was not able to feel it. I was getting paid a lot, but I was not enjoying it. Now, that can be a problem for my mind. Because when you are new, you shouldn’t think so much. A lot of people used to tell me that I was overthinking. But you can’t do anything about it. When you have that thing in your mind, it talks to you, and you can’t ignore it. So I was not in a very happy zone. Maybe that’s a harsh way to put it. I wasn’t able to do what I wanted to do as an actor, or as an artist. So there was a lot of frustration in my heart. Why am I not getting it? I can do other stuff as well. So I think I was so thrilled that God said, ‘Okay, take it.’ So that’s how it started.”
He further added how promising the script of ‘Mirzapur’ was during the narration. He added, “I met the makers, and they gave me the episodes to read. I read the first two and thought that this is very good writing. I am telling you genuinely. Not because everyone has seen ‘Mirzapur’, but genuinely, it was legitimate writing. So I thought this would be something. And Munna’s character was very good. It was the most author-backed role, I would say. So I was lucky to get that. So it was such a long shot,” he added.

An allegedly drunk passenger was handcuffed and then strapped to her seat after she started screaming that the airbus was on fire and will crash soon. The incident took place on Azul airline A329 Airbus which was flying from Recife in Brazil on Friday, New York Post reported.
Crew members rushed to the woman and tried to pacify her as she was screaming but she moved the staff away and continued to yell that the plane was going to crash.The passenger was finally cuffed after being moved to the plane’s galley kitchen and then strapped to her seat.

After the flight landed at Viracopos Airport, she was arrested for creating nuisance on the flight. “An undisciplined customer was immobilized during the journey, as she was a risk to the crew and other customers,” Azul airline said in a statement.
“This company follows the highest safety standards and regulations of national and international authorities. In addition, we periodically conduct training with staff at airports, including aircrews and pilots, in order to prepare them to deal with disruptive customers,” the statement added.

Why and how Qualcomm’s plan to buy Intel may backfire


Qualcomm‘s potential deal to buy Intel may become a problem for the chipmaker, a report has said. While the deal may help the company diversify its business by the ownership of a struggling semiconductor manufacturing unit, it may find it difficult to turn around or sell, news agency Reuters reported.
Citing analysts, the report further says that the deal of two major chip companies is likely to face intense antitrust scrutiny worldwide, as it would create a giant with significant market share in smartphones, PCs, and servers.
“The rumoured deal between Qualcomm and Intel is intriguing on many levels and, from a pure product perspective, makes a certain degree of sense as they have a number of complementary product lines,” Bob O’Donnell, TECHnalysis Research founder, was quoted as saying.
“The reality of it actually occurring, however, is very low,” he noted, adding that “it is unlikely Qualcomm would want all of Intel and trying to break apart the product business from the foundry business right now just would not be possible.”

Qualcomm eyeing expansion of business beyond smartphones

The report says that Qualcomm is bolstering its efforts to expand beyond its smartphone business. The company has already launched chips for Microsoft Copilot+ laptops as well as for automotive applications. Reuters previously reported that Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon is personally involved in the Intel negotiations.

Qualcomm lacks experience in foundry business

While Intel designs and manufactures its own chips that power personal computers and data centres, Qualcomm relies on TSMC for chip-making and is dependent on Arm Holdings for other technology. Analysts have also expressed doubts about Qualcomm’s ability to successfully manage Intel’s foundry business while questioning the rationale behind such an acquisition.
Meanwhile, Intel’s foundry business is seen as crucial to the US’ aim to grow domestic chip manufacturing. The company has secured about $19.5 billion in federal grants and loans under the CHIPS Act to build and expand factories across four US states.

CHENNAI: Stressing that UltraTech is a successful cement producer, India Cements whole time director Rupa Gurunath on Monday said the former would ensure the future of the Chennai-based cement manufacturer.
Chairing the 78th annual general meeting (AGM) of India Cements through videoconferencing, Rupa, who is the daughter of India Cements vice-chairman & MD N Srinivasan, said there were plans to reduce the variable cost of the company.”We have already engaged consultants to suggest ways and means to achieve this. We have done part of it, which will continue. We feel that UltraTech will definitely take the initiatives forward,” she said.
According to the shareholders account, who joined the meeting, there are no prospects of export as prices are not viable in the present scenario.
“The company has been continuously working for a reduction of fuel costs and we are sure that UltraTech will continue the efforts. The company has initiated efforts on ESG, and we intend to get an ESG rating,” she added.
Consultants, including Boston Consulting Group, have been engaged to suggest measures for improving the operating efficiency.
Noting that such efforts had provided some relief in the form of a reduction in the variable cost for some of its plants, Rupa said, “Your company has not delayed or defaulted on any of the scheduled loan repayments and has been able to manage the situation by recovering some of the advances as well as through sale of some of the non-core assets.”
India Cements divested its grinding unit at Parli to UltraTech for a consideration of Rs 315 crore during the first quarter of the current financial year.
During the AGM, shareholders raised queries about the future plans of the company, its employees and whether India Cements would remain a separate entity or merge with UltraTech. “We are not able to comment whether UltraTech will merge India Cements with it. The employees will be taken care of by UltraTech,” she said.
The future of the company was in the hands of UltraTech, Rupa said, expressing hope that the shareholders’ value would improve in the future.
In his address, Srinivasan said the expected recovery in cement prices presented a healthy demand outlook and the industry, especially the south, had built adequate capacity to meet the demand. Referring to the takeover of India Cements by cement major UltraTech, he said the acquisition was subject to various approvals, including that of the CCI.
It may be recalled that India’s largest building materials maker, billionaire Kumar Mangalam Birla struck a deal with Srinivasan and his family to acquire their cement business for Rs 3,954 crore in July.
