Coleman revealed that the actress Aniston has very specific requests when it comes to workout. She often asks for her favorite full-body sculpt and burn strength sessions, which specifically target the inner thighs, glutes and core, while simultaneously sculpting the upper body.
“We do a lot of core work. We focus really on that total 360 core strength, again, to keep your body upright and moving long term. [There are] some cardiovascular pushes in between and some light plyometric work,” shared Coleman.

NEW DELHI: A team of Indian Army led by a doctor conducted a well-coordinated medical evacuation of an injured Indian Army personnel from United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) Golan Heights by C130 Air Ambulance.
The Critical Care Air Evacuation Medical Team was led by Lt Col Anuj Singh along with two trained paramedics, from Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt.
The mission involved coordination with the Indian Air Force, MEA, and other agencies. The rescue mission not only ensured that the injured soldier was evacuated to India amidst an extremely uncertain situation but also provided state-of-the-art critical care support en route, the Indian Army said.
Havildar Suresh R (33), an injured soldier, was shifted to CZ (Israel side) to Level 1 Hospital on September 20. He was not oriented to time/place/person and appeared to be deranged. His medical history involved 30 days of admission at Rambam Hospital, Haifa, Israel, with effect from 22 August until 20 September.
His diagnosis involved head injury, unspecified trauma, subarachnoid haemorrhage, diffuse axonal injury, and Hemiparesis left.
Currently, his vitals are stable and is maintaining 98 per cent saturation at room air, GCS 10/15, while his body movements are swifter and smoother.
The air ambulance took off from Tel Aviv with the patient at 01.20 AM (IST) and reached Jamnagar at 10 AM (IST).
He was further airlifted to Palam, New Delhi, and reached today, 26 September 2024, at about 2 pm. He was later transferred to Army Hospital R&R, New Delhi, by 3 pm, through an ambulance.

NEW DELHI: Brazil, the world’s leading producer of coffee and sugar, continues to face one of the most severe droughts in its history. The dry conditions have persisted, and weather forecasts indicate no immediate relief, causing global prices for both commodities to reach new heights on Thursday as investors remain focused on the situation.
The drought has led to the outbreak of farmland fires in some sugar-producing areas, while the arabica crop, currently in its critical flowering stage, has been hit even harder.Analysts from LSEG suggest that although some weather models predict the arrival of rain in Brazil, it is unlikely to materialize until mid-to-late October, if at all, AFP reported.
They state, “Overall, the forecast for Brazil looks largely negative heading into October, with a hint of relief towards the end of the month.”
Coffee industry experts and dealers have noted that consistent rainfall could still revive the trees in Brazil, but the overall crop situation remains precarious. The scarcity has driven benchmark arabica futures on the ICE exchange to a 13-year high of $2.7380 (Rs 229.11) per lb, with prices trading up 0.9% at $2.7150 (Rs 227.14) by 11:23 GMT (4:53 pm IST). Similarly, raw sugar futures reached a 7-month peak of 23.71 cents per lb and were later trading up 1% at 23.66 cents.
In Vietnam, the world’s top robusta coffee producer, local prices have decreased this week in anticipation of the new harvest, with traders reporting favorable weather conditions. An increase in output from Vietnam could potentially alleviate some of the upward pressure on arabica prices, as the two grades are somewhat interchangeable. However, Vietnam experienced adverse weather earlier this year, and it is widely anticipated that the upcoming crop will reflect this, reported AFP.
As of 1123 GMT, robusta coffee futures, which reached their highest level in nearly 50 years last week, were trading up 1.4% at $5,223 a metric ton, while white sugar futures were up 0.6% at $600.40 a ton. In other soft commodities, December New York cocoa rose 3.7% to $8,250 a ton, and March London cocoa rose 1.7% to 4,609 pounds per ton.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Thursday sought the city police’s response to a petition by former Wrestling Federation of India chief Brij Bhushan Singh, seeking quashing of the FIR and charges framed against him in a sexual harassment case lodged by several women wrestlers. Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri also issued a notice on the plea to the complainant grapplers and listed the matter for further hearing on January 13.
“Let status report/reply be filed,” the judge said.
Singh, who is also a former MP of the BJP, was last year accused of sexual assault by several female wrestlers who sat on a protest for weeks demanding a probe against him.
The Delhi Police filed an FIR against him after the intervention of the Supreme Court in May 2023.
After a trial court framed charges of sexual harassment, intimidation and outraging the modesty of women against the former lawmaker on May 21, Singh approached the high court last month claiming that he has been falsely implicated and no offence as alleged by the prosecution has been committed by him.
On August 29, the high court asked him to file all his contentions in the matter.
Singh, in his plea, has contended that the investigation was done in a biased manner as only the version of the victims, who were interested in taking revenge on him, was considered. He said the charge sheet was filed before the trial court without taking care of the falsehood of allegation.
He is represented by advocate Rajiv Mohan.
he petition has stated that the ongoing proceedings in the trial court pursuant to the FIR are against the natural principles of law and justice as each alleged incident is a “standalone offence” and does not “cumulatively form a continuous sequence of events or a part of a single transaction”.
It also said that some allegations even refer to incidents that took place beyond the jurisdiction of India.
Earlier, police submitted in the high court that the petition was not maintainable.
The trial court has also framed the charge of criminal intimidation against co-accused and former WFI assistant secretary Vinod Tomar in the case. He has challenged the charges and the FIR in this petition.
