“Was there an acceptance problem in Kanpur? I don’t think so. Country’s pride Manu Bhakar and people like Shrikant Bhola and Divyendu did not hesitate for even a second to confirm their presence in Kanpur. So, I don’t think it is a problem at all,” he said and added: “Kanpur has industry leaders who have made a significant national impact. You’ve got the honorable chief minister spearheading the progress of the state, advisers like Awanish who have a strong bond with Kanpur, and the UP Industrial Development Authority headed by someone like Maheshwari.”
