Olivia Munn and John Mulaney have welcomed their second child, a daughter named Mei, born via gestational surrogate on September 14, 2024.
The couple shared their joyful news on Instagram, capturing a heartfelt moment in a hospital room.

Munn, 44, posted a touching message alongside a photo of herself holding Mei while sitting on Mulaney’s lap. She wrote, “Mei June Mulaney came into the world September 14, 2024, the year of the dragon.”
Reflecting on her journey, she expressed, “I had so many profound emotions about not being able to carry my daughter.When I first met our gestational surrogate, we spoke mother to mother. She showed me so much grace and understanding; I knew I had found a real-life angel.”
The actress also revealed the significance of her daughter’s name, stating, “I am so proud of my little plum, my little dragon for making the journey to be with us. My heart has exploded,” and added that “Mei (pronounced may) means plum in Chinese.”
John Mulaney, 42, shared his excitement in his own post, humorously noting, “Mei June Mulaney came into the world September 14, 2024, the year of the dragon. We stole so much stuff from the hospital,” and expressed his deep affection, stating, “I love my little girl so much.”
Mei joins her older brother, Malcolm Hiep Mulaney, who is now 2 years old.
The couple welcomed Malcolm on November 24, 2021, shortly before their intimate wedding in July 2024, officiated by Sam Waterston, with only their son and a witness present, as per report.
The news of Mei’s birth comes just months after Munn bravely shared her experience with breast cancer, which included four surgeries, a double mastectomy, and medically induced menopause.
Despite these challenges, she has focused on motherhood, sharing with media, “When I’m with him, it’s the only time my brain doesn’t think about being sick. I’m just so happy with him.”

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has been repeatedly asked if he would consider returning to the company as an on-screen manager after he decided to step away from in-ring competition in 2019. WWE Legend Turned Down Opportunity to Manage Matt Riddle Due to Unsatisfactory Financial Offer

Former WWE star Matt Riddle almost had WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle as his manager, but the deal fell through due to financial disagreements. On an episode of “The Kurt Angle Show” podcast, Angle revealed that after his 2020 WWE release, he was offered the chance to manage Riddle on-screen. However, Angle declined, stating that the money offered wasn’t sufficient.
Riddle recalled the discussion and expressed understanding of Angle’s decision, explaining that the grueling travel schedule in WWE can be the hardest part, even for managers. The two shared the ring once, when Angle was a special guest referee for Riddle’s match in WWE NXT. Shortly after, Angle announced Riddle’s move to the main roster.

EAST SINGHBHUM: Union minister and Jharkhand Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) election in-charge Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday criticised the Hemant Soren-led Jharkhand government, calling it a “Jurm, Murder and Mafia” government rather than the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM).
Addressing a public rally in Baharagora today, Shivraj Chouhan said, “Just as clouds have come as a crisis, Hemant Soren government is a bigger crisis than these clouds…This is not JMM but ‘Jurm, Murder and Mafia’ government run by Hemant Soren.”
Chouhan also expressed confidence that the darkness prevailing in Jharkhand will soon fade away and change will come.
“The clouds are raining, lightning is flashing, and it is raining heavily, but still you are determined to bring about a change… Seeing this, today I can say that the darkness will fade away, the sun will rise, the lotus will bloom and change will come,” he added.
Later, while speaking to the media, Chouhan said that the women of Jharkhand are asking for help to protect their land, daughters and jobs; the BJP promises to ensure their safety and create jobs while stopping infiltration.
“The mothers, sisters and daughters of Jharkhand are appealing that the land, ‘roti’ and daughters of Jharkhand are in danger. Land means foreign intruders are coming, daughters means our daughters are not safe and ‘roti’ means there are no jobs. That is why they are appealing to save the land, bread and daughters. On behalf of the BJP, I want to tell my sisters that we will protect the land, bread and daughters… The BJP is committed to providing jobs and preventing infiltration,” he said.
Earlier today, a delegation of the Election Commission of India led by Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar arrived in Ranchi to review poll preparedness for assembly elections in Jharkhand expected to be held later this year.
The state is likely to witness elections to the 81-member Jharkhand legislative assembly on or before December 2024, as the tenure of the current government is set to end in January 2025. However, the Election Commission is yet to announce the election schedule.
In the 2020 Assembly election, JMM won 30 seats, BJP won 25 seats and Congress won 16.

Usher has come under the scanner after netizens noticed that his tweets were deleted following the recent arrest of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The incident, which unfolded shortly after Diddy’s arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, sparked speculation about the possible reason behind this drastic step. Many went on to presume that the singer was ‘erasing’ his old tweets that may have seen him revealing details of Diddy’s alleged ‘Freak Off’ parties.
In the wake of the ongoing speculations, the R&B singer addressed the temporary wiping of his account, claiming it was a hack. He tweeted: “Account got hacked and damn y’all ran with it! See you tonight at Intuit Dome.”

Despite his explanation, many users in the comments remained sceptical, citing the coincidental timing. One user wrote, “What?? Lol, timing is JUST a coincidence huh?” while another added, “Ain’t nobody believing this.” A third questioned, “Someone hacked you and deleted old tweets? That’s a new one.”

Diddy was arrested in New York on Monday, September 16, in connection with multiple allegations of sexual misconduct filed against him over the past year. He has since been denied bail and is reportedly on suicide watch as he awaits trial.

It’s worth noting that Usher has not been directly implicated in any of the charges against Diddy. However, his past comments about his experiences at the rapper’s home have resurfaced. In a 2004 ‘Rolling Stone’ interview, Usher revealed he was introduced to a “totally different set of things” during his time at Diddy’s parties. “There was always girls around… you’d open a door and see somebody doing it, or several people in a room having an orgy,” he said.

In a later interview with Howard Stern in 2016, Usher described his experiences as “pretty wild” and assured that he wouldn’t send his own child to stay with Diddy.

The 2 minute 45 minute long trailer features the Padma Bhushan awardee Mithun Chakraborty as Pariman Sanyal, an ordinary man who suddenly gets extraordinary power to see the future. Debasree Roy, another veteran Tollywood actress who plays his wife, is also seen in the trailer. The duo has paired up for the first time in almost 16 years. Mithun and Debasree, known for their on-screen chemistry, have starred 15 films, many of which were major blockbusters. Their on-screen chemistry became a hit with 1982’s ‘Troyee’. Ever since, the duo was a popular on-screen pair in the ’80s and ’90s. In 2010, they were seen in the film Shukno Lonka. However, they were not the cast opposite each other.
The ‘Disco Dancer’ actor Mithun Chakraborty debuted in ‘Mrigaya’ in 1976. The veteran Bengali actor has acted in over 350 films including in Hindi language and gifted audiences blockbusters such as ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ and ‘Teesra Kaun’.
